华北电业联合职工大学是一所省属重点大学，创办于1958年，前身为华北第二工业大学。学校位于河北省邯郸市，占地面积近200公顷，校舍面积近30万平方米。学校目前有26个本科专业、37个专科专业和7个硕士学位授予权。
