arrive后面是不能加to的。它的介词是 arrive 十in +大地点( at + 小地点)。
We arrived at the Shanghai Railway Stationat 11:00 pm last night.
昨晚十点我们抵达上海火车站。
When did you arrive in Beijing?
你们什么时候到的北京？
当表示到达某个地点讲reach后直接接地点。reach 十地点，也不加to。
She reached the train station on time.
她准时到达火车站。
当reach表示达到、延伸、总计讲时，后可接介词to。
So how to reach to that, is the problem.
